MyStore: STC’s E-commerce

This project was a commission from the Saudi Telecom Company; its goal to create a brand for their new online stores called MyStore. Their e-commerce extension is meant to be a competitor for current companies like Amazon, as well as Souq and Noon (in the region).

The brand’s strategy highlighted ease, approachability and friendliness, with their USP being rapid low cost delivery.

With that in mind, two design directions were created. The first is inspired by customer facial expressions, the other inspired by the simplicity and quickness of the service, highlighting the three step process: Search, Pay & Receive.

The design proposals went as far as creating a logo, animations and picking out a color palette, before the project was put on indefinite pause.
